What Up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How long has it been now???? Like somethin years maybe??? Anyway how has everyone been doing? Are you all still workin out? Any changes in eating or work out plans?
I have been doing okay I guess. I'm still in the 2hundreds area but I have lost a few more pounds. When I first started I was 248lbs. and when I fell off the wagon I was 238, so now I'm officially 222lbs. I haven't lost or gained lately, but I'm mataining. So, now I'm ready to get back on track and get out of the 2hubdreds. Dai and Reflection thanks so much for checkin on me, you all helped me come back, so thank you guys. It's time to do this thang!!!!!

Weight Loss Challenge

Back Again!!!!

Hello all I'm back at it again. We have a weight loss challenge going on at church so now I'm back at it again. It has been so long since I blogged. I have been so busy now. I'm still in school and almost finished. Yeaaaaah!! My weight went went up to 248lbs. and now I'm down to 238lbs. I lost 10 lbs. since starting the challenge. We all put in 50 dollars to start off. We have more than 20 women that signed up for the challenge and whoever looses the most weight wins the money. Talk about motivation. I'm gonna win that money. I already spoke it into existence. So for now I exercise Monday through Saturday. I get up in the morning before going to school because it is the only time I am able to get it in. It's the only time my children will give me to do it and that is when they are asleep. I tried to exercise when they were awake and they kept stealing my weights and pushing me off the step, so I do them in the morning before they wake up. So I hope you all are doing good with your weight loss. Keep up the good work.

Checkin' In

Okay...so I've been walking almost every day now with my dad. He has been wanting to lose a few pounds because his clothes are getting a little to snug and to stay healthy. So I asked him if he wanted to go walking with me and we have been going almost everyday so far. The days we didn't go was because of the rain. My eating habits....uhhhh....I'm getting there. Not quite back where I was before, but getting better. Also, my dad is ready to start jogging around the track where we walk, He and my mom used to go walking everyday...well my mom would jog and my dad would walk, but he would go around the track 4 times...and this is a very long track, not quite sure how many miles it is, but it is a loooong track. Hopefully when we go back tomorrow I will start jogging with him. HOPEFULLY!! I can't let a 64 year old out due me. So, we will see what happens tomorrow. I'll keep ya posted. Oh...My progress pics will be up very soon. I can't wait to see the difference.

Back on track with excercising, so far

So for the past two days I have been exercising and eating healthier. Yesterday I got up and just decided to do the dogone thing (this is someting my pastor says). After I sat on my sofa for about 20 minutes, I encouraged myself enough to get up and get moving. Oh I felt so good after my workout and I did it on my own, without any tape or dvd, I just did it. That alone was motivation for me. Today I woke up at 5:30 in the morning to do my WATP dvd and loved it. So hopefully every morning when I have go to school I'll wake up around this time to exercise. Then after excersing I have to get myself ready and then the kids. I need all the energy I can get to get them ready for school and daycare. With three kids I need it all.

Happy New Year Everybody!!!

Hello All
Happy New Year!! and Happy B-Day to me (Jan.5th)

Sad to say I really haven't been eating like I should, but for Christmas we got a trampoline for the kids and I have been on it more than they have. I love it. We also got a basketball goal and my hubby is trying real hard to teach me a few things. I just may have to take him up on that offer. It'll be more exercise for me.

I have been so busy lately. I started going school in the medical field and there are so many medical terms and other things I have to learn, but I'll get through it. I haven't weighed myself lately. I'm not ready to see what the scale has to say, so I'll wait a while. Other than that that's it. Thanks to all of you who have encouraged and motivated me, you are greatly appreciated. Thanks again and I wish you all good health, many blessings, and financial breakthroughs this year.

Back At It Again!!

Hello Everyone!!!!

I'm back (finally). I fell off so much that I was too ashamed to continue blogging, but I decided with help and inspiration from Mrs. Chayil to get back on the weight loss bandwagon. I will continue with the my plan as usual and try (try as much as possible) to stick with it. I know I have gained all of my weight back and then some more. I feel tired, sluggish, and sloppy right now. I drink coke all day everyday. I'm just sick and tired of being this way and choosing to be this way. I have the power to change and change I will with God's help. So please send as much inspiration as you possibly can, because I will most definitely need it.
